Here’s an insanely fresh Pack for you crammed with bursting charred sweetcorn, crunchy spears of asparagus and creamy avocado. Try the Pasta Aglio e Olio; hard to pronounce but it’s great to eat. The dish is made by tossing the pasta through garlic and olive oil with handfuls of green vegetables, for this one we’ve chosen asparagus and spinach. The Charred Sweet Potato with Spinach Couscous is a pimped up couscous salad. Drizzle it with harissa for an extra kick of flavour! To finish up, we have a veggie version of a crab roll; the Charred Sweetcorn Rolls with Rocket and Lemon. The mixture is zingy, sweet and filling, but be sure to grab some napkins…it’s a messy one!
