App Support

That’s not good! We’re here to help and get this fixed as soon as possible. First things first- double-check you’ve 100% got the right email and password for your account. If in doubt, change your password. Still not working? Pop us an email at, letting us know what device and version of the app you are using and we’ll get on the case.

Not a problem, we’re sure we can help. First up, check your internet connection, the apps currently need you to be online to work. Secondly, is your app updated? There might be a new version for you to upgrade to. Check your App Store or Google Play settings. Still no luck? Please email us at and we’ll get you back on track ASAP.

It’s fantastic for us to know about even the smallest errors and bugs across the club apps, so we can improve them and make them the best they can be! We’d appreciate if you could email us with your specific problem to Screenshots and visual examples are really useful and it helps us get to the bottom of the issue ten times faster! Please also include the name of the app with the issue, the name of your device and tell us what version of the app you are using.


Every Friday at 9am UK time, the Club Menu is released with a selection of Meal packs for you to choose from. With your membership you are able to download 1 Meal pack a week. The new selections replace the previous Meal packs so you have a new Club Menu week on week. If you do not pick a pack during this time, the credit does not roll over so we do encourage you to select your pack on a weekly basis.




We’re working on making Meal Packs suitable for more diets. As we grow the tool, you will start to see gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free options available. Currently there is not enough demand for vegan Meal Packs, but register your interest by popping us an email at for the future.
We’d also be happy to help you tailor a Meal Pack to your diet- just pop us a message on social media or to the above email address and we can offer substitutions.

Unfortunately, they won’t! We only print a small amount of physical copies of each books that are released on priority to members. Once they’re gone, they’re gone! All recipes, however, are available on the Cookbooks app.

If you’ve changed address for your last Book of the subscription book please email If it’s less than a month until the next book is released we recommend you set up mail re-direct to ensure the safe arrival of your book.

Joining The Club

We use Stripe to process our payments and accept all major credit cards. We do not currently support PayPal but it’s on the cards so please be patient and register interest at
Your payment will always come out of your account on the day of the month that you signed up. For example if you’re paying monthly and you joined the club on the 6th, then all your future payments will come out on the 6th of the month. If you are paying annually and you joined on the 6th of November 2020, then your next annual payment will come out on the 6th November 2021.

You can cancel your membership at any point. No pressure! Just remember that as soon as you cancel, you will lose access to club products. If you have started your membership on our website directly, please head to My account and click the cancel my membership button and follow the instructions. If you are having any issues with this route, please head to My account > My Profile > Subscriptions > View > Cancel in order for the cancellation to be effective. It is best to perform the cancellation on a desktop rather than mobile, but any problems be sure to give us an email on Once the cancellation has been completed you will receive a cancellation email. Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu  Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions.

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. Don’t see the subscription that you’re looking for?
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Gift Membership

Amazing! You have been gifted a SORTEDfood membership. In order to redeem your membership you will need to do the following:

  • Head to
  • Click ‘add to basket’
  • Apply your coupon code in the indicated box and press ‘apply coupon’
  • Please proceed to checkout and complete the process where you will be able to create your online account. If you already have an account, follow the whole process above, logged in!

As the Gift membership is a 1 year static product, your membership won’t appear under Subscriptions- and it will show: You have no active subscriptions.

As long as you have received your welcome email and have access to both the Podcasts on the website, The Packs and Cookbooks app’s you are all good to go!
