That’s not good! We’re here to help and get this fixed as soon as possible. First things first- double-check you’ve 100% got the right email and password for your account. If in doubt, change your password. Still not working? Pop us an email at club@sortedfood.com and we’ll get on the case.

Not a problem, we’re sure we can help. First up, check your internet connection, the apps currently need you to be online to work. Secondly, is your app updated? There might be a new version for you to upgrade to. Check your App Store or Google Play settings. Still no luck? Please email us at club@sortedfood.com and we’ll get you back on track ASAP.

It’s fantastic for us to know about even the smallest errors and bugs across the club apps, so we can improve them and make them the best they can be! We’d appreciate if you could email us with your specific problem to club@sortedfood.com. Screenshots and visual examples are really useful and it helps us get to the bottom of the issue ten times faster! Please also include the name or your device and tell us what version of the app you are using.


We’re working on making Packs suitable for more diets. As we grow the tool, you will start to see gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free options available. Currently there is not enough demand for vegan Meal Packs but register your interest by popping us an email at club@sortedfood.comfor the future.
We’d also be happy to help you tailor a meal pack to your diet- just pop us a message on social media or to the above email address and we can offer substitutions.

As a member, you can upgrade your membership to include a book subscription. This means that a physical copy of every new book release will be automatically shipped to your door as soon as it’s ready.

Unfortunately, they won’t! We only print a small amount of physical copies of each books that are released on priority to members. Once they’re gone, they’re gone! All recipes, however, are available on the Sorted Club: Books app.

We can upgrade books to signed but this must be communicated to us immediately after purchase. Simply email club@sortedfood.com
If you’ve changed address that shouldn’t be a problem for the next book as long as we have one month’s notice. Please email club@sortedfood.com. If it’s less than a month until the next book is released we recommend you set up mail re-direct to ensure the safe arrival of your book.


A new episode of Feast Your Ears is released every Friday at 4pm. There is a week’s break in between each season of 10 episodes.
The Sorted podcast, Feast Your Ears is available to club members. Join the club and simply follow the instructions here to get set up with your podcast app.

Postage and shipping rates are charged depending on where you are in the world and are calculated at checkout. Depending on the destination, we may be able to offer an economy service or tracked service. To see your zone and example charges check out our shipping information.

Joining The Club

We use Stripe to process our payments and accept all major credit cards. We do not currently support PayPal but it’s on the cards so please be patient and register interest at club@sortedfood.com.
Your payment will always come out of your account on the day of the month that you signed up. For example if you’re paying monthly and you joined the club on the 6th, then all your future payments will come out on the 6th of the month. If you are paying annually and you joined on the 6th of November 2018, then your next annual payment will come out on the 6th November 2019.
Though we no longer offer it as an option, if you are a book club member on the £9.99 a month cycle, you can continue with this membership indefinitely. If you would like to change your membership plan, get in touch at club@sortedfood.com and we’ll advise what the best track is to convert you.


You can cancel your membership at any point. No pressure! Just remember that as soon as you cancel, you will lose access to club products. Head to My account and click the cancel my membership button and follow the instructions. It is best to perform the cancellation on a desktop rather than mobile, but any problems be sure to give us an email on club@sortedfood.com. Check out Ts&Cs for more info.
