About the Booking Platform
It’s simple! When members book, they enter into an automated conversation and answer a short questionnaire. This is primed to give you, the restaurant, rich data about why they are coming to visit and with who.
Through a mirrored app you can easily receive these insights to tailor your service to their needs, showing off the best of what you have to offer.
Is it a date? A special occasion like a birthday? Do they have particular food tastes? What do they love about eating out? Well, now you’re geared up and ready to go…
When a member books their table through Sorted, the restaurants will receive an instant notification via their app.
All restaurant partners commit to confirm the booking within 90 minutes (during the pre-specified working hours).
There are no fees to be a Sorted partner or to be showcased on the app. What we ask is for 1-3 mutually agreed food gifts that you offer to a members’ table during their visit. This isn’t about freebies or discounts, it’s about adding value to the experience and creating a sense of belonging. Find out more and submit your ideas on application.
Every new restaurant benefits from a dedicated launch campaign when they are published on the Sorted Eat app. Request a date for the Sorted team to come down, get to know you and capture video and image assets of your restaurant & menu items. These will feature on your profile within the platform and be used for social & marketing campaigns.
Feedback & Reviews
With a rich community of passionate foodies across the world, the platform supports honesty and respect between members and restaurants. After every booking, a feedback form will be sent to members. Upon receiving vaild negative feedback a restaurant will receive a red flag (that lasts for 30days). If 3 red flags are given, a black flag is issued and they are temporarily removed from the club for review.
Upon an approved application you will be issued with a Sorted Account Manager who will take you through the simple stages needed to reach a successful launch on the app.
