TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SORTED COLLECTIVE
These terms are effective on March 13th 2020
1. The Sorted Collective scheme
The Sorted Collective scheme is run by Sorted Ventures Ltd (“Sorted”) for its Sorted Club Members (“Members”). The Sorted Collective features third party products or services that may be of interest to its Members through Sorted Apps and/or the Sorted Website. Some of these third parties provide offers to Sorted Club Members.
Access to the Sorted Collective scheme is available to current Members only.
This is the agreement between you and Sorted regarding your participation as a Member in the Sorted Collective scheme.
These terms, together with the Membership Terms [see here], set out the whole of the agreement between you and Sorted relating to your participation in the Sorted Collective scheme. Our general terms and conditions also apply to your use of the Sorted Website and Apps, and these can be found [see here & here ].
Please note that each third party product or service provider whose product/service is featured in the Sorted Collective has its own terms and conditions and that your purchase of the product/service will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third party provider which can be viewed on their website. Please read their terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.
Sorted is not responsible for goods, services and/or offers made available to you by any third party featured in the Sorted Collective. The contractual relationship between you and such a third party is entirely independent of Sorted.
Sorted is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred in respect of any third party products, services or offers featured in the Sorted Collective.
Links to the websites of third parties appear in the Sorted Collective. Sorted accepts no responsibility for any content, material or information displayed on such websites.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions by notice in writing at any time.
All intellectual property rights in connection with the Sorted Collective scheme remain the property of Sorted.
All disputes arising out of the Sorted Collective scheme and/or these Terms shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
