Pork belly & beef Pho @ a Vietnamese restaurant in San Fransisco
I was catering a wedding. I made a 4 level wedding cake; bottom tier vanilla sponge with almond mousse filling, 2nd tier was a dark chocolate with hazelnut mousse filling, angel food sponge with peach jam filling & then a spiced apple walnut cake with apple butter filling. I had decorated it with loads of homemade buttercream with piped varieties of buttercream flowers - it was gorgeous. Then a fight broke out just before the cake was cut & the best man landed in the cake. Total destruction.
