White truffle risotto in Rome, Italy. I can't even describe how perfect it was. I ended up going back to that restaurant the following night and ordering it again.

I made a gorgeous, beach-themed birthday cake, plunked it into my car, drove to my friend's house - and the heat from the sun melted all the carefully piped icing right off! It was a mess!!!
