First ever caught lobster while on my first trawler tour. Just in a "simple" white wine garlic butter sauce. Learnt I'm not meant for boats in rough sea's either.

10 litres of special fried charcoal. Fractured Elbow as I dropped the rice into the stockpot, consequently I couldn't mix the rice, turned the hob off but couldn't move pot and residual heat charred the entire dish.
